The August app. It allows me to unlock my front door without entering a code or taking anything out of my pockets.
I’m a big fan of Eclipse Yourself. From the developers of AutoSleep and HeartWatch.
It takes data from both (or the Apple Health app if you prefer) and makes it easy to digest and diagnose. If you’re on track for all 3 categories you’ll be balanced, if something is lacking then it’ll inform you.
Great way to keep track quickly if you’re going to have an off day.
Bear.
I can tap the icon on my watch, click the small mic button, and use voice to text dictation to record notes quickly and easily. I can then open the notes on my iphone or Mac.
On S9 the accuracy of voice to text is almost perfect.
Down Dog
Not sure how popular it is, but Radio Garden is pretty neat. It lets you listen to radio stations from all over the world, and the interface is a giant globe 🌍 to navigate.
KnittingRowWatcher, for well… knitting.

Paprika Recipe Manager
I use the watch app for grocery shopping.
I love Athlytic. Does the exact same as a Whoop Strap
Peakfinder. Accurately and visually pleasing shows the peaks around you. Just point the camera towards the hills and mountains and it will tell you the names. 👍
Calcbot
One other I thought about. Voice in a can. I link that to the action button and I now have Alexa on my watch. (Why? Cause my house is Alexa based rather than Siri based, and this makes it easy to manage invoking routines from my watch. )
