I am seriously thinking about it. If those virtual monitors work as advertised, sign me up. Going to have to test out at the Apple Store before buying tho.

My guess is the first gen will focus too much on content viewing and for the price tag not many people will get it. Then Apple will make an untethered version and market it strongly for games for the second gen due to the improved mobility (which is when I plan to get it).

Not that I care. I don’t own Apple. But maybe they should so either a) Tim sees that he’s failing hard or b) the thing actually sells well and saves Apple’s financial outlook. Currently Apple is sinking, but it’s a very small hole that can be easily be plugged

I’m just eagerly waiting for the reviews on youtube.

How do you review such a thing?

“Bro, the graphics are amazing, the fluidity of user inteface is like … trust me bro, you have to see it” …all while looking at the camera with this contraption on their heads with that weird eyes on outer screen 😂😂

Get Steam to support the Game Port tool and SteamVR. You’ll have Mac gaming be on par or dam near close to PC.

Steams Proton and Apples Game Porting Tool are basically the same Wine engine/code.

Or get rid of that front display and I’d consider it.
