The other day I was doing lane timing for a swim meet and three times in three hours Watch notified me of elevated heart rate. I should have logged it as a workout.

I was chopping and stacking firewood the other day and I put on traditional strength training workout
I use “Other” often - cleaning house, walking during shopping, etc. It’s all about closing those rings 😅!
