Same. I thought about getting a new one but that’s just a waste of money. Battery lasts all day, takes great photos and does whatever I need it for. Just for the Dynamic Island, which I don’t even like, I don’t see why I would upgrade.

I got my Iphone 8 for 200USD a year ago, and I’m not getting another phone before this one stops working. I can’t justify spending more than the absolute minimum on a phone. I just need it to run basic communication, navigation and social apps as well as take basic photos.
Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to not use a phone case, so I dropped it on concrete and now I have a spider web on my screen. It still works, though.
14 pro max. I intend to keep this for as long as I can. I don’t care about the USB C enough to go to the 15. I use MagSafe charging. I have fast WiFi to upload to DropBox, and send it to my windows computer. Or iCloud, whichever one I am using at the time. This is my first iPhone. So I’m keeping it for as long as I can.
