Recently bought ATV. What are all those must have apps for entertainment / news ? I have Netflix,YouTube, Hulu , Max and Plex already.
Consider Infuse instead of Plex. It’s a better app for the purpose in my opinion.
As stated Infuse is the truth. Once I tried it the first time I’ve been paying for Infuse Pro yearly. Nothing else compares. Also if you happen to have people in Apple’s Family Sharing feature Infuse Pro is a subscription you can share with everyone.

Why is this a question? The must haves are personal. Whatever you use or need is a must have for you.
“Keep Black” is one I wish I knew about, but just recently found. It’s a simple app you launch to make your screen black.
If you have an OLED, this is really great as you no longer use up your panels lifespan and power consumption goes to almost zero with all pixels off. I use it whenever I’m playing music through my system and don’t need the display running.
Vuit. You can watch live and recorded local news from around U.S.
Dumb question perhaps but not seeing it on the Infuse website, can you stream from a shared plex server? e.g. a friends?
I basically just have streaming services. I’ll be adding Vuit when I get home from work. I’ll also be adding Infuse. Both of which I saw mentioned here. Other than that, just the streaming apps I tend to watch. I know a couple are redundant.
