Barca is probably trying to pick up one of the many free agents but their situation is complicated. Also, you’ll have some selling teams looking for replacements as well and I honestly expected some teams to panic buy for fear of missing out.
I think both of those have been planned for a few months which is probably why they happened so early. Players like Rice and Caicedo seem like they might have longer sagas
