Is it forgery if I copy a thumbs up from another comment and paste it?

Cases like this are why I couldn’t be a lawyer, it’s actually ambiguous if he meant “i got the contract” or “I agree to the contract”.

I do think the court got it right though because he never said anything about the contract after that, just as someone would if they agreed to the contract.
