I think he almost certainly did not see you. It looks like you were pretty solidly in the vortex of danger. I would put it as a racing incident, maybe a bit on him but also something that you could have avoided. Fault or not you ended up pointing backwards.
Being ahead of P1 is the only reason I went for it. P1 had to have seen me right?
