As the title implies; how did we achieve a “No Downvoting” functionality on this instance; and how does it function with relation to other instances which may not disable the feature?

The downside of this setting is content from other instances also have the downvote removed even when that instance has it enabled.
I’m not seeing that in those examples? I don’t see downvotes on either post.
It’s the same way beehaw.org does it. If you view a post on an instance that disabled on votes from an instance that hasn’t, the downvote arrow won’t do anything.
The Jerboa app errors out if someone tries to downvote currently.
