1 month agoI read ‘The Wasp Factory’ close to 30 years ago and was hooked. If you liked this, and if you’ve not read it, I’d recommend ‘Walking On Glass’ by the same author. I’d also suggest that you don’t read anything that might furnish you with spoilers regarding this book.
You might wish to look at ‘The Borgias’ by Paul Strathern. It examines power, corruption, and Papal politics. It’s also a very entertaining read.
