Okay, great, so we’re all in agreement here, Marxism-Leninism is auth left. That’s the only point I care to discuss here.

You know fine well what it is, an authoritarian state with a great deal of control over the people living under it. You can argue that this authoritarianism is justifiable because it’s the best way to bring about communism, but it’s still auth left. Heck, we currently live under an extremely authoritarian right wing system, so it could be less authoritarian than the current system but still remain authoritarian in the full balance considering alternatives, and thus auth left.
I hope this helps clear things up for you.

The auth left really sure do hate being called auth left, don’t they?

Oh my god, shut the fuck up. Nobody should face social stigma for their body, full stop.
It can be a form of harm reduction at best. For the few minutes it takes to postal vote, I feel like it’s worthwhile, personally.

Back when everyone was glazing Carney for his whole “neo-liberalism is dead” speech, I said that talk is cheap and that everyone who believed in a fucking banker saving us from liberalism is just being fooled by a charismatic snake.
Leftists being proved right again and again never even get the satisfaction of vindication because we’re always right, but because nobody listens to us, everything always gets worse.
The US is not a democracy, it’s a system where the power of the state is auctioned off to the highest bidder. Both mainstream political parties maintain this system. That is the uniparty consensus: capitalism must be protected.
To change that system we need to organize, it’s not enough to just vote every few years. We need to push for the change we want to see, and build momentum for a general strike, and even a revolution.
