Mine was a roommate who lost his job because he got a DUI and refused to go out and get another job to pay his half of things and instead sat in his room and played Xbox everyday so, in my eyes, the internet was 100% mine since I was the only one paying for it

I had a similar issue except I solved it by logging on to my router’s website UI and blocked his Xbox’s MAC address from accessing the internet.
