Oof bad look for the Netherlands. We do like to use names of diseases to swear but there are far better words.
The ones that do use cancer as a swear do this all the time though, the ones that don’t just really don’t.
FYI Limburg is the southeastern most province of the Netherlands so Limburgs be South Dutch
