Honestly, super common for 14 year olds to be horrible people. It’s kinda impossible IMO to determine if this is an actual case of NPD or BPD or if she’s just a shit 14 year old who hasn’t developed a moral compass or has developed a really shit one.

Either way, solid time to explain to your sister that these people are psychic vampires who will drain her of her emotional energy. She shouldn’t consider her a friend and should certainly find a better friend group if possible. Maybe try some art clubs or anything else than hang out with Ashlyn.

Expanding lore for towns that might be thrown away I think is a good use.

Feed it a few notes you want to make sure get included, drop some hooks you like and let it weave it in.

Something I always struggle with is deciding which NPCs are “expendable” Bec once I write a story for them I don’t want them to die, because I know my players won’t remember them fondly but if it’s AI slop stories then it’s fine.
