I’m from around the way, and I can tell you that no gang is fully stepping up against the feds. Although there have been some instances of shit-talking and grandstanding. Overall, gangs aren’t engaging the feds and don’t seem to care.
Yes. There’s a two part episode of the Animatrix that goes into this. It’s by far my favorite story.
