This is a better list than the ones I’ve seen previously. Thanks for sharing.
I’m in the US so I can’t. Unless I get a Pixel, made by stupid google.
I just use mapquest. It’s not the best, but it’s a step in the right direction, I guess.
More like inherit the dystopia we failed to fight. It’s cruel.
Kollabnow.com You don’t need to buy a domain. Also, it’s not that Proton is that much better, but more that it is not Gmail. Google has too much power, and that is dangerous. For those of us degoogling, Proton is a good baby step. Every little bit helps.
Congrats! Good job! I’m right behind you. So close…
What country are you in, and what type of phone/OS did you use?
Also, congrats!
It costs $15000 to have the baby in US. I guess now parents only owe $14000 here.
Maybe someone threw some steel wool on top of some batteries and there was flammable stuff in there.
John Oliver says that the filter searches on airline booking platforms to exclude Boeing flights went up after all that. Who knows if that’s true though. In any case, Boeing has been awful for years, and I never want to board Boeing flights again.
Yay for Boeing competitors!
…and Boeing whistleblower found dead. When are people going to stop boarding those planes?
I agree with this. I almost just want to get a dumb phone for calls and a hotspot with a pinephone or something for everything else.
I’m in the US, and unfortunately, there is an escalating data threat with the latest Supreme Court Ruling that will allow uncleared parties (or poorly cleared parties) to access our government personal data. When combined with the broligarchy data, the aggregate of those becomes extremely dangerous to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of people. Life is short, but we’re in an emergency crisis, in my opinion. Data protection is a civic duty at this point. The carelessness could very well create a caste system here.
Tried a search for jellyfin earlier today, and my tv youtube all would not load it.
I’m having trouble with that too. Maybe we should all start posting videos of cool stuff so it will take off.
If there is absolutely anything I can do to help you switch to Linux, I will do so.
From what I’ve read, the other Android OS’s do not work with any US carriers. I think some folks got them to work with a Pixel/T-Mobile/Graphene combo, but that is not only literally buying a Google phone, it is also limiting me to one carrier. I would get a Pixel, but the whole point is to get away from google, not give them more money.
