Microwaving your food is bad for you. Kills nearly all the nutrients in your food. Haven’t used one in a year and don’t miss it. Many other ways to reheat your food that improves flavor and texture. And it’s healthier.

Leaving it at the store! Sorry, couldn’t resist. Unless it’s organic, soybeans are high in residual pesticides at least here in the us.

I do a 3 bin system made from recycled pallets. They’re 4 foot square each. I try and turn the piles at least every week. Now, food scraps, i keep out and use the Bokashi method in a big bucket. I let it break down in there then throw in my pile when I’m turning it. I don’t have any issues with rodents. Maybe an occasional Opossum but they’re going after the bugs. The system you need all depends on how much browns and greens you have available. I have a sizable garden and giving neighbors. Go bigger than you think you need.
Ok, last year i had a bumper crop of carrots and daikons. I found this dish and me not one to follow rules, i did a Lacto ferment off my carrots and daikons. I cut mine into thin sticks instead of Julianne. I made about 2 gallons of it. My question is, you have a favorite way of eating it? Thinking it would be best eating it cold. I need to start eating it. Ram most of it through the freeze dryer for long term storage.
