Performing neutral reviews of hardware and calling companies out for bad behavior is not “being the victim”. Stopping to send reviews samples had a direct negative impact to these third-party reviewers so we mostly have their “trust me bro” benchmarks

I wouldn’t say worthless as they do award important people doing work for science. The peace prize in particular can be ironic as many laureates did very questionable things after the award, like Obama got a peace prize but then kept heavy military activity on foreign countries
