I keep it off on both my phone and watch. While I understand the need for it on the phone, I really don’t get it on the watch, and the battery drain that comes with it. I can’t see the watch unless I lift my wrist up…in which case the display lights up anyway.
No alcohol, at least 15k steps a day, last coffee around 4PM and in bed before 12.
Just randomly had 4h last night. Not even had a busy day or anything.
Always on hasn’t been on a single day on my watch or phone.
I personally don’t see the use for it.
And is saves battery.
For me personally (S7) battery is back to normal. 73% after 10 hours with a 1h workout. Haven’t had issues with weather to begin with.
