Have you tried Google Fit? I understand that you might be hesitant to upload sensitive health data to Google but that’s likely going to be an issue with any provider. I’m not sure any of them store data exclusively offline.

I’m kind of happy to see advertisers waste their money in this way. If the end result is more careful curation of advertising campaigns then maybe it will be a net positive?
