2 years agoYeah, no. They should leave well enough alone and retire the TNG cast. They did the “All good things…” poker shot, it’s time to move on.
That being said, there’s lots of untapped potential to revisit characters from DS9 and Voyager… key word is revisit, not brutally murder on screen please. Picard S3 didn’t feel the need to kill off one of the TNG cast members for shock or emotional value.
This is literally the attitude that will kill fediverse alternatives chances of competing with Twitter and Reddit. Bluesky seems to be on the right track by focusing on product first before introducing the complexities of instances.
