Agreed - I don’t have any disabilities and it’s still easy to feel like I can’t participate the way I want to. I do like this quote for a little self support.

I have been able to find joy in community and living in the present. I take joy in many small acts of rebellion and in the things that are wonderful today. I repair broken things and give them away. I clean, I walk, I get enough sleep. Finding your joy is a choice, but it’s also a journey, and actually finding joy will be a different path than you thought when you decided to commit to the work
