I have a weirdly high pain/misery tolerance in certain situations that has proved really helpful. I can never really rely on it, and I’m definitely a whiny little baby about minor injuries sometimes. But other times I can endure some truly unfun conditions for a lot longer than I would ever think was tolerable or even possible

I was really surprised by how funny and actually pretty relatable a lot of the humor was in the Greek comedies I had to read in college. Aristophanes especially is the one I remember enjoying the most

Having worked 10 hour days outside in it I can attest it’s not fun most of the year. That said, there are lots of really nice places in Arizona where I have enjoyed a seven hour hike in pleasant weather. In conclusion, Arizona is a land of contrasts
