After trying them on first?
That’s why I eat them to stave off my next cold. Just as good as Zicam!

It’s actually camel-toeing

I feel exactly the same way! I’ve been struggling to accept this fact for years and years. Really the only thing that’s helped is looking far and wide for like minded people, as few as there are, and chat them up so I don’t feel so alone in my thinking. If ever you want to share your feelings and talk about the ways you’re trying to live a life of integrity and long term thinking, I’d love to chat!
Groot is a tree like person from a comic book movie, Guardians of the Galaxy
Don’t understand the reference? That’s a paddlin’
Plus the secret panel? You da real MVP
AMERICA! FUCK YEAH!
I mean … Ducktales! OOOooo!
Might solve a mystery

Personally, I’m disappointed Truth Social isn’t on the list

If we taxed the rich 1% of their assets, I swear all social services would be fully covered

It’s almost as if they should still pay for the consequences of their war crimes

Not sure how passionate you are about programming but I would still strongly recommend getting involved in community service and looking into the nonprofit field of work. I worked in corporate law for a couple years, hated my life and felt no sense of fulfillment, then switched to nonprofit work and everything changed.

Ugh, I’m sorry to hear. The job market sucks right now. When I was unemployed, looking for a job, I spent my time volunteering. Then the food bank that I was volunteering at hired me for a job so it worked out. Not sure if that’s your speed, but it’s also a way to spend the day, feel purposeful, and meet a lot of good people.

What sorta struggles have you been experiencing?

Parenting is pretty much everything they said it would be. Lots of fun times and cute moments, but plenty of challenges where your brain melts and you have to keep yourself from losing it. I’m glad my wife and I had a kid but I absolutely understand how fewer and fewer people are choosing to become parents. You gotta really want it, and not just have kids for the sake of it like our parents’ generation.
Does it help to talk about the hard times you’re experiencing or would you rather not go into it?

Oh interesting, funny how popular those really hard games can be. Was it Dark Souls that everyone loved because it was so insanely difficult? Not for me. I even like dopey ftp games for my phone. It helps when you don’t have a long stretch to relax (I have a toddler) so you only get a few windows to poke a game here and there and then get back to chores, chasing the kid around, etc

Oh hell yeah, thank you for the tip! I do enjoy the game but my only beef is how much following NPCs you have to do at the start of each mission.
I heard great things about Hollow Knight, especially all the buzz when it first came out. What makes it so unique as a 2D platform game?

Yaaa, I’m the same way. I wish more games had story mode. I was all about the infinite life, ammo, etc when I was a kid. I was playing Red Dead Redemption 2, eventually looked up the cheat codes, played for a few hours, and then realized I couldn’t save! You can’t save in RDR2 if you use cheat codes, I was so pissed! Now I’m playing Factorio with my brother and having a lot of fun.
I didn’t need a reason to only bike but maybe ads in the car will help others see the light
