Given wages are determined by supply and demand, and AI is causing the demand for labor to go down, the only logical outcome to keep wages at a reasonable level is to reduce the supply.
It seems the two easiest ways to do this is to reduce the work week from 40 hours to 32 (or even less) and to tax AI data center power consumption to fund public goods such as child care and housing.

I use it frequently at work with python and parquet files which are type safe, compact, and very performant. I use Python with Positron as my IDE (I’m a data scientist) and it has a built in parquet viewer that makes the data exploration a little less abstract.
I was a long time Linux user that switched to Mac, and it was pretty simple. Using homebrew as a package manager makes things remarkably similar to Linux. Like the other commenter said, the biggest hurdle was getting used to cmd+{key} instead of ctrl+{key}.

I couldn’t support a DUMBocrat because they bombed brown people. The only choice I had was to support racism, gutting lgbt rights, doubling down on fossil fuel dependence, bombing the same brown people the DUMBocrats bombed, gutting environmental protections, naked transphobia, raping children, bombing even more more brown people, and gutting the already under funded social services the US has. I’m not a Trump supporter though, I just helped him win the presidency.
Time to introduce the 32 hour work week to drive down the supply of labor.
There are obviously better options to protect workers, but this is an easy one that everyone can understand.
