Bei solchen Vorhaben ist der erste panische Gedanke, dass es um die Vorbereitung einer Rückabwicklung von Transrechten geht, das macht insbesondere Angst mit Blick auf die Entwicklung im UK (fühlt sich nochmal deutlich näher an als z.b. die massiven Rückschritte in den USA).
