    If you don’t participate in commerce you can’t buy gas or charge up your car, so I guess you don’t need a license.

      But what if I want all the benefits of participating in society like access to roads, communication tools, electricity, information and medicine but none of those annoying responsibilities like needing a driver’s licence?

        I think I just saw that guy in court, joining a court hearing over zoom driving a car without a license
