minus-squareSeanOPlinkfedilink3•11 months agoI’m pushing 40 and recently got back into playing baseball with my friends, like an idiot. Currently I am nursing a pulled left quad muscle, 3 or 4 bruised ribs, and a sprained right index finger.
Broke a rib by stretching too hard. :(
