Rudolph W. Giuliani said he still had “legal defenses” in a case brought by two election workers who said he had defamed them as he asserted that the 2020 election was marred by fraud.

And he wants to argue that the defamatory statements he’s admitting to are protected speech. ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ

If that’s the case I guess it’s OK for me to say he’s not allowed to visit farms anymore because he got caught sexually molesting livestock.
