Emergency SOS isn’t even the only issue. Samsung has an emergency call button on the lock screen all it takes is tapping the screen, scrolling up, and then tapping the screen again to call 911 in your pocket. AFAIK there is no way to turn this feature off.
You can disable the power button shortcut. Search for something like “emergency sos”.
I don’t think all phone models will let you. Most should though.
