They got Spore right.
I absolutely loved playing Spore back then
I wanted to love Spore so much. I kind of enjoyed the cellular and early evolutionary stages back in the day because of the potential of the remainder of the game. Then it just sort of…fizzled out until it became boring.
I’d love a remake or spiritual successor where they could make the individual parts more interesting. A trilogy? A game with lots of DLC a la Stellaris? I don’t really know, but it seemed so fun back when it was released.
