DHS is definitely NOT a civilian law enforcement agency under the Executive Branch, and is definitely a part of the US military.
Would you like me to edit the Wikipedia page to confirm this? It’ll take a while, because it does mention, multiple times, that they’re a civilian agency, but a promise is a promise.
