You could buy a pullup bar or a bench and adjustable dumbbells and you could take care of your strength. You could buy a treadmill or an indoor trainer and you could take care of your fitness. I mean, if you really wanted to you could pretty much stay at home for a very long time.
You could get a fully work-from-home job, what ever that could be.
You could order your food delivered home.
