No shit? Even if they wouldn’t actually subsidize them directly, until we force them to clean up their orphaned wells and tailing ponds, I’d still consider that subsidizing them. And it will never happen.

Watch them still greenwash their operations so your average person isn’t even aware they’re supporting this.
