something if you or I would do would land us with massive fines if not jail time.

No it wouldnt, its perfectly legal. Real estate is what I do, and all it is is advocating your position. The funny part is how John Stewart called out trump and it was shown he did the same thing in New York.

Did he lock up Hillary? Not sure what it matters, but I dont really trust anything politicans have to say.

So you sell places that are 11,000 sqft as 33,000 sqft?

John Stuart didn’t want to sell, he asked for a crazy number and the dumbass accepted it. Not the same shit. Try again ya idiot

Trump called for Hillary to be jailed then he was asked about it then Denied it on live tv

Seriously just fuck off you are WRONG and this is just becoming stupid.

Depends on how the sqft is measure, and also all the facts are up to the bank to verify which they do for houses let alone properties with millions and millions.

And your comment about John Stewart demostrates that you dont know what the case was about… But sure, please insult me when you are talking about something you dont even understand…

[ 1) the actual market value of a property, or what someone would be willing to pay for it, 2) the property’s taxable value as assessed by a governmental agency property appraiser, and 3) documentation about a property’s value submitted to a lender for the purposes of securing a loan.

Trump got in trouble for committing fraud regarding that third category, the information the Trump Org submitted to lenders to secure loans. Among the misrepresentations, perhaps the most egregious was the “tripling of the size of the Trump Tower Penthouse,” which Judge Arthur Engoron noted in his scathing ruling was an undeniable and indefensible falsehood.](https://www.mediaite.com/opinion/ny-post-promotes-laughably-wrong-claim-from-online-troll-accusing-jon-stewart-of-fraudulently-overvaluing-his-apartment/)

Yep John Stuart is the baddie… I’m a retard and you’re the smartest…

And sqft doesn’t change if you measure it differently. It’s a fucking building, you are just as criminal as Trump ya fuckwit

Because you don’t and don’t want to get caught ya think that shit is OK? Seriously FUCK YOU

Again you dont know the situation or what you can do with regards to loans. And you are paticularly belligerant, it makes me laugh.

See here is where you’re confused. The bank he got the underwriting form (a loan in this case) was lied to (fraud on Donalds part) about 22,000sqft of Real-estate. He should have only gotten a loan proportionate to 11,000 sqft not 33,000 sqft

Do you not understand this is FRAUD or are you fucking brain dead?

What would you do if you bought a house that is 4500 sqft and found out it really was 1500 sqft. Would you not sue the person who sold it to you? Well that what the DOJ did for the bank. Maybe you learned something today ya smarty pants

Again, you dont understand a thing and are being belligerently ignorant. That is not how underwriting works for small properties let alone multimillion dollar properties. I guess you need to google “real estate appraiser” now.
