Please consider that there was never any claim made that we need to increase funding there; it’s a strawman argument for something that you’re rightfully upset about.

Once I hit 100k karma on reddit, I started getting clearly automated messages from brand new accounts offering to purchase my account for anywhere from a $25 roblox gift card to several hundred dollars.
And while I sure could have used that money, I used my old username on almost everything and wasn’t about to turn my username into a shill for a company.
Idk what the going rate is nowadays but 100k karma, started around my account being 6ish years old, filled with thousands of comments and dozens of posts stretching back to 2010/2011. That is how you properly troll.
