Yeah, these movies are the definition of “high concept”, like it’s an interesting premise like Speed has an interesting premise, it’s not meant to be overly complicated or artsy or sophisticated, but at least it’s just a kind of neat blockbuster, rather than more capeshit content.

The first two are worth watching if you want a kinda sorta slasher movie. Not ground breaking like Light House or Vitch, but fun.
