Currently looking for mango recipes that aren’t jam… was going to make chutney but have found myself mysteriously lacking in ingredients for it 😒Too lazy to go out and get stuff. Might just freeze it until I get some vinegar and spices tomorrow. Got my heart set on chutney to go with chicken curry.
I ended up making mango chicken and it is awesome. My link isn’t working but it’s in CEO’s dinner post and my response to Duenan below. Might do the jam and chutney after work tomorrow or Tuesday. I’d like to make it mango and strawberry jam but Miniest says no.
