      This type of thing is exactly why people would lie about it. Because good people such as yourself would ask “why would someone lie about this?”.

      Marketing like this is revolting.

      Yea, why not? I can google “cancer patient selfie” on Google and get good pics. How do we know it’s real? There have been so many scams like this on Reddit asking for money or games, using similar emotional ploys.

      Again, I’m a cynical bastard over here.
