No more bugs than RDR2 at this point. Characters will still do silly animations once in a while but that’s pretty much unavoidable in big games, I feel.
Definitely play it. It was one of my top games of 2023 when I played it. I didn’t want it to end once I’d beaten it

Played for the first time a couple weeks ago. No significant bugs. Just a really excellent game, easily 9/10. Phantom Liberty might be a 10.
I ran into some minor bugs like twice in my eighty hour playthrough. It’s definitely worth playing in its current state IMO.
It’s currently on sale, Steam Europe, for 23 base game or 46 game + dlc till 18 December. Probably sale for 2.2
