    It’s so weird that you can just get fired and you can just stop working. In Germany, the comoany vor you has to cancel the contract which is only possible in at least one month.

      What about in IT? I wouldn’t want a possibly disgruntled soon to be former employee stealing some sensitive data they have access to. Some people learn they’re fired when they go to login in the morning, or after lunch, and their laptop doesn’t work anymore.
