Dumb question - does everyone else see “media failed to load” (or something similar), or is it an issue with my app/instance/something else?
on Voyager (Lemmy mobile app) using Sh.itjust.works and it loads for me 🤷♀️
I just tried in Voyager from my sh.It just.works account and had the same issue, so I’m starting to think it’s a device/setting issue. I’m going to tinker with it a bit and see what I can find. Only thing is that I have the load n issue in both Voyager AND Thunder, and it seems hard to believe I’d screw up the same internal setti by in both.
Maybe network block? On the guest network here imgur is blocked so I have to VPN out to be able to see stuff usually
The regular html on your instance handles MP4 embeds fine on Firefox for Android. Some of the apps don’t I hear. Since you can’t technically upload mp4s I think we’re doing something unintended when we link them.
