All the big chains I know are American (Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop). Smaller independent chains will run into supply issues and even pre-ordering probably can’t guarantee one.

I’ve never preordered anything from any of them, but the stores with electronics sections that come to mind are London Drugs and Superstore.
Too bad Nintendo won’t pull an Apple and just sell directly.
I got my launch day PS5 from London Drugs, it was the easiest (not that it was, by any means, easy) to order from at the time.
