      I just find it kinda weird to describe masked government agents showing up to drag people away to a prison in another country where they disappear as “stifling academic freedom”.

        Maybe brain drain is the best messaging here.

        We can import the shitholers and make them work CHEAP on smart people stuff, but it’s like hunting, make too much noise and you don’t get the kill

        Trump hadn’t fucked up anything yet (in this term) and Obama was being polite.

        I have chuckled with people I hate because it made it easier for me to quickly be done with them.
