    Friendly note that both your uses of “than” should be “then”. “Then” indicates the sequence of events, as in I went to the coffee shop and then the mall. “Than” is used for comparison, as in apples are better than oranges.

      Thank you I am fairly sure I was pity passed my two of the three 100 level english classes I took.
