The amount of wealth and people killed in India alone is staggering. Several trillions of dollars in minerals, lumber, fabric, gemstones, food, etc. and millions killed through enforced famine or colonial cops/troops.
I hate how much praise the royal family gets (and the rest of Britain’s nobility, for that matter). They’re sitting on top of endless amounts of blood money so they can live their lives without having to work while enjoying the most expensive luxuries available.
The British killed more people than the nazis (over a longer period, granted).
