Okay, but you’re misinformed and trying to prove a point that’s just not related to the report linked in this thread. If you were interested in if this statistic is useful and what information is contained in it, you’d just translate some pages and read before making wild assumptions based on nothing but your ideology.
Yes, violence does not constitute the major part of felonies mentioned in the report. 37% are property damage and “propaganda offences” = using anti-constitutional symbols like swastikas, etc. A further 40% are insults, intimidation, coercion, incitement of violence, etc. And this has nothing to do with hate speech laws. It’s not the state who’s suing here but people who have been insulted, intimidated, etc. and it’s of course very much their right to sue in this case.
So potentially more than half of them are motivated by far-left ideology?
Nope. Scroll down to the first graph. Bars are (in the graph, not legend), form top to bottom: Total, right, diverse, left, foreign ideology, religious ideology.
So the large majority of these “crimes” were people saying mean things?
Not even necessarily that, if you take a marker to an election poster and draw a dick on it that’s a political crime, property damage, orientation “diverse”.
It’s a statistic, a very raw statistic, not an analysis, which is why politicians love to throw those numbers around. It’s also not amount of crime as in “someone got sentenced” but “police has a file on this”. Cases are counted as long as they’re open so a single one can show up in the statistics for multiple years.

It wasn’t the far right arresting people for saying that the covid “vaccination” didn’t stop people from catching, spreading, or dying from covid.
When did that ever happen in Germany? That’s a true statement of fact and as such enjoys complete constitutional protection.
No vaccine provides 100% protection, that’s just not how biology works. I wonder if you’re confusing getting into trouble over saying something that every doctor will comment with “duh” with “The deep state is implanting us with microchips so they can replace us with Jewish Muslims, the so-called ‘health minister’ should be summarily executed for high treason” or suchlike.

Is this “far left” here in the room with us? In the room with the government run by *checks notes* Christian Democrats? And not just the CDU, but the right wing of the CDU?
Missed the point.
He didn’t. You claimed that the left had “arrest[ed] people for saying that the covid “vaccination” didn’t stop people from catching, spreading, or dying from covid.” Do you or do you not have any evidence of such a thing happening? Since you completely evaded the subject in your answer, I’m guessing not.
Governments get to decide what speech is illegal these days, and do so to push their agenda.
That has always been the case, pick any time in any goverment and you will find that. That’s just how goverments work.
things that the far left don’t like so call “far right hate speech” to censor it and push their desired narrative
Please, do tell, where is this place that has a ‘far left’ with enough power to that? Not germany, CDU is in power right now and they are center-right, left-wing (but not far-left) Die Linke has got around 8-9% of votes in the last election. There is not a single european country that has a far-left party in power. The biggest far-left organisation in my area is food-not-bombs (pl. jedzenie zamiast bomb) but I think they would have a hard time trying to censor anything, considering that the only thing they do is give meals for people in need.
