is that boneless chicken wings are in all ways superior to normal chicken wings.
vegetarian take
Firm tofu is hands down better than all other forms of tofu, tempeh, etc.
And mash potatoes on pizza isn’t actually that bad. Just make it a proper pureé instead of smooshing up a baked potato with a spoon and calling it a day.
Firm tofu makes for the best analog for chicken, in my opinion. Some firm tofu, roughly sliced, soaked in Soy Vay Teriyaki, fried, and served over rice? Absolutely delicious, good texture, easy to make.
I don’t know if it’s my area, but I’ve also noticed firm tofu is generally on the cheaper side, which is doubly nice when you’re trying to make healthy meals on a budget.
