Was the citation for having it up too long in the spring? You could add some bunny ears and a basket to make it spring acceptable. Or some hearts for valentines day.
There’s one in my neighborhood that’s up year round & they have tons of outfits for him. My favorite is his 4th of July outfit.
We thought about it and might do it another year, but the year it happened we didn’t want to put stuff ilon it and be like “look see, it’s Valentine’s themed now!” lol.
