Speaking with “60 Minutes” correspondent Bill Whitaker, Harris was asked which nation she considers “to be our greatest adversary.”

“I think there’s an obvious one in mind, which is Iran,” Harris replied. “Iran has American blood on their hands. This attack on Israel, 200 ballistic missiles.”

“What we need to do to ensure that Iran never achieves the ability to be a nuclear power, that is one of my highest priorities,” she added.

Whitaker followed up, asking, “If Iran is building a nuclear weapon, would you take military action?”

“I’m not going to talk about hypotheticals at this moment,” said the vice president.

So Iran building nuclear weapons was the greatest adversary and also a hypothetical. very-smart

Libs hate the very idea of bombing Iran now though.

The article is from October, if you’re asking why it’s being posted here now I’m guessing it’s to show that Kamala may have done the same thing.

indeed. iran is a bipartisan issue, same as border fascism. a harris administration would perhaps not do literally the same things like this or specific ICE raids, but they absolutely would be (and campaigned on) doing more border fascism than republicans and given the fall of syria, iran was going to be next up on the decades long project of destabilizing and subjugating the region.

we can look at secretary clinton, france, and the destruction of libya as a model for how the same ends are achieved in a brunch-safe way.
